Our current work spans ground-up hotels, hospitality renovations, retail and commercial sites across California, Oregon and Utah. Projects include Residence Inn Mammoth Lakes, Hampton Inn Bishop, the Klamath Falls dual-brand renovation, The Morgan, Staybridge Suites Torrance, Exchange Retail, Corona Fuel Station, Travel Center and Grocer in Washington, Utah. The Lancaster dual-brand and Hampton Inn San Simeon renovations were completed in 2026.

A four-story Hilton dual-brand with lobby bar and outdoor pool, 128 keys and 99,189 square feet, turned over to operations in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Home2 Suites Downtown Riverside opens with a standalone parking garage

A five-story wood-frame extended-stay hotel, 120 keys, and a three-story parking structure on a constrained downtown site. Construction contract of $20 million.

Residence Inn Yuma opens after a fast-track build

Four stories and 114 keys for Marriott in Yuma, Arizona, delivered on a fast-track schedule under a $17 million construction contract.

Fairfield Inn Victorville: thirteen months from groundbreaking to open

A 96-key, four-story Marriott select-service hotel in the High Desert, built and opened in thirteen months.
